Scope Of Services
Performance Standards is a set of criteria established for items which are critical to safety within a project. These items are called Safety Critical Elements (SCEs). The Performance Standards helps to create a robust framework which ensures that all systems and equipment within the project is required to achieve the same benchmark.
Performance Standard is developed for each SCE and outlines the functionality, availability, reliability and survivability performance criteria.
Crude oil, natural gas, LNG, gas processing and export, oil refining, pharmaceutical plant, coal chemical processing, fertilizer and agriculture chemical processing, chemical refining, etc.
Performance Standard is developed when all the SCEs for the project has been identified. In each performance standard, design criteria and assurance tasks for each performance requirement is outlined to ensure conformance to the standard by equipment and systems within the project.
